PRIMO Performance and Rehabilitation is a physical therapy business specializing in orthopedic injuries incurred during life and sport. Specialties include ART, kinesiotaping, and individualized rehab programs.

 

Why are you excited for 2012 Fittest Doctor Competition?

I love friendly competition, staying fit, and being a good example to my friends and family.

 

What is your strategy for staying fit with your demanding schedule?

Arise before the sun, even though I’m not a huge fan of it!  Be consistent. Make and keep goals.

 

What is your current favorite workout to do and why?

I love to mix it up in the off-season. Run to the pull up bars, max out pull ups, push ups and planks. Run back and finish with squats, lunges, burpees and mountain climbers. Ouch.

 

Why is being a fit doctor important to you?

It is very important to me to practice what I preach!

 

What is your largest fitness accomplishment in the past year?

Making Austin’s Top 10 Fittest List.

 

Give one piece of advice to others looking to get fit and healthy as a busy professional.

Go to sleep at a decent hour so you can awake early to squeeze something in before your crazy day begins.

 

What is your favorite healthy meal?

Grilled salmon with roasted asparagus yum!
