Why is being fit in your profession important to you?
Back in December 2004 I was 245 pounds, my energy levels were flagging, and I had discovered some tumors on my stomach and lower back. Although the tumors were diagnosed as benign, the health scare was a wake-up call. I decided to change my life once and for all. I realized I needed to take care of myself before I could take care of anyone else. After losing a total of 62 pounds and dropping my waist size from 42 inches to 32 inches I started a company called Naturally Fit. (naturallyfit.com) to help others. I believe being the fittest fitness pro would show that I practice what I preach and help me change more peoples lives.
